The Georgia Reportable Violation Codes List is provided for reference purposes to all Georgia courts to determine which Uniform Traffic Citations (UTC) should be forwarded to our agency for further processing and posting to driver records. Only the violation codes contained on this list should be submitted to our agency. Any offense indicated as "Submit Only if Commercial Vehicle" will be processed only if "Commercial Vehicle" is "yes" on the Uniform Traffic Citation.
