User Instructions

DDS Administrator Instructions
  • DDS administrators can Add, Edit, View, and Deactivate Schools and User Information.
  • DDS administrators can view a report based on the search criteria and can export the report to PDF Format.
School Information

Add New Approved School
  • DDS Administrator can add new approved school by selecting ‘Add New School’ on School information page, when he/she clicks on School Info on ‘DDS Administrator’ Left Navigation bar.
  • On ‘Add New School’ page, administrator has to enter all the required fields (School Name, School ID (16), Street Address1, City, Zip (5), Primary Contact, and Secondary Contact) and additional fields.
  • DDS Administrator can add more than one school information.

Edit an existing School
  • On ‘Edit Existing School’ Page, DDS administrator can edit any of the fields on the screen, once he/she clicks on select button after selecting the school from the drop down box.
  • Make sure all the required fields are entered properly.

View an existing School
  • On ‘View Existing School’ Page, DDS administrator can view the school information, once he/she clicks on select button after selecting school from the drop down.

Deactivate an existing School
  • DDS Administrator can deactivate the active school by selecting a school from the drop down list and clicking on deactivate button.
  • System will not allow DDS Administrator to deactivate a school if there are active users assigned. In order to deactivate a school, DDS Administrator has to first deactivate the users assigned for the selected school.

User Information

Add New User
  • DDS Administrator can add new User for a school on selecting ‘Add New User’ on User information page, when he/she clicks on User Info on ‘DDS Administrator’ Left Navigation bar.
  • On ‘Add New User’ page, administrator has to enter all the required fields (School Name, User ID (16), Password, Confirm Password, User Type, First Name, Last Name, and e-mail) and additional fields.
  • DDS Administrator can add more than one user information.
  • Make sure to enter a password between 6 to 14 characters with at least one number
  • Make sure password is same as confirm password.
  • A valid e-mail address is required, which is used if user forgets his/her password in future.

  • On ‘Edit Existing User’ Page, DDS administrator can edit any of the fields on the screen, once he/she clicks on select button after selecting the school and user ID from the drop down box.
  • Make sure all the required fields are entered properly.

  • Need a valid e-mail address, which is used if user forgets his/her password in future.

View an existing User
  • On ‘View Existing User’ Page, DDS administrator can view the User information, once he/she clicks on ‘select’ button after selecting school and user from the drop down.

Deactivate an existing User
  • DDS Administrator can deactivate the active user by selecting a user from the drop down list and clicking on deactivate button.

DDS Administrator Report
  • DDS Administrator can enter any combination of search fields on the Administrator Report Screen to generate a report. Reports can be exported to a PDF Format.
