• How do I download my Driving History (MVR)?

To download your Driving History (MVR), go to the "Internet Services" menu and click on "Log Into My Account". Before you can view your order, you will be asked to login to your account. Find the Driving History (MVR) you want to view from the list that shows on the Order Status page. There is a column labeled "Viewable". If it has been 30 days or less since you paid for your online Driving History (MVR) this column will have a "Yes" in it. Click on the "Yes" to go view your Driving History (MVR). Click "File" from the menu bar on your browser and choose "Save As". If the report is not viewable, make sure you have installed the current version of Adobe Reader. Visit "www.adobe.com" to download.

• What should I do if the information on my Driving History (MVR) is incorrect?
