Guest Speaker Request
DDS will come to you! Would you like a DDS expert to speak to your community organization
or provide an informational booth at your event about our state's new licensing process?
Please fill out the information below at least four weeks prior to your event. We will make
every effort to accomodate your request. A team member will follow up with you once it has been
reviewed. We look forward to working with you!
